Modern Martial Arts NYC is focused on delivering a world class martial arts education while providing a transformational fitness experience.
Get started TODAY with our 2-Class Intro Special!
We are honored to be partnered with Equipe Jucão USA. Lead by Professor Henrique "Jucão" Brites and his team, our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program has never been stronger. With over 35 years of experience, Jucão is passionate about sharing the knowledge of his extensive professional competitive career with new practitioners.
With two locations and flexible class times, we make sure to never over-crowd the mat. Our students are not only training partners on the mat, but a unique bond develops that goes beyond just having a workout buddy. There is a strong sense of community here, with people who truly want you to succeed.
Scared of being tapped out on your first day? Don't be! That doesn't happen here. Most of our members come to us having never tried Jiu Jitsu before, and they remember what it was like. Sign up for our 2-class trial and let us prove to you how friendly the "gentle art" can be and how easy it is to start learning and getting in shape.
